At PlantQFit, we take pride in delivering high-quality, plant-powered nutrition. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed.
However, we understand that things may go wrong. If you’ve received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or leaked
- The item received is incorrect or missing from your order
- The packaging was tampered with upon arrival
What You Need to Do:
- Email us at support@plantqfit.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
- Include:
- Your order ID
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Once we verify the issue, we will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full/partial refund to your original payment method
Important Notes:
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days
- We do not provide refunds for taste preferences, mild packaging wear, or delays caused by courier partners
- COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
